One main class of great applications for the Floyd & Fred’s HotLime sauce is anything generally bland or cream-based. Mayonnaise is a perfect example.
People love mayo as-is, and it does work great in sandwiches, as well as a base for dressings and sauces. And it pairs beautifully with F&F’s! You can just add to some mayo and stir it in and then spread on sandwiches or cook with it as usual. Or mix F&F’s with mayo and mustard for a delicious dijonnaise. Tons of potential uses, from a sandwich spread to a sauce you can dip artichokes into or spread on asparagus. Yum! |
